SKIN BENEFITS

Hyaluronic acid molecules play a large role in retaining moisture of the skin. They are a gelatinous compound that contributes to connective tissue. Naturally found in our skin, it is used in a number of topical skin products.

WHAT THE DATA SAYS

The skins hyaluronic acid content starts to decrease in our 20s. and is reduced to half by the age of 30. A study was conducted using HA cream for daily use, with different brands. The depth of perioral and orbital wrinkles decreased by 10-20% in a study conducted on patients with results obtained at 3 months. Skin tightness increased by 13-30%.

SMOOTH SKIN

Hyaluronic acid is used in our clinic to help smooth skin and improve lines and wrinkles. These treatments are both non-invasive or non-surgical and results are instant. Ask us more about how these treatments can give hydration and glow to your skin.

UV EXPOSURE

Sun exposure can significantly impact the hydration of the skin. Both UVA and UVB rays can penetrate the skin and cause oxidative stress, leading to the breakdown of hyaluronic acid molecules. Protecting the skin from UVA and UVB rays by using sunscreen and wearing protective clothing can help minimize the damage to hyaluronic acid and maintain healthy skin.
